Absolute disgrace. I ordered and paid for a full replica kit for my son's 10th birthday, making the order several weeks before his birthday. Despite all their claims about delivery and service, only half of the kit arrived and just a few days before his birthday. Now, 2 months later, I still haven't received the missing item. No answer on the phone number they publish on their site and despite sending more than half a dozen emails, via their website and directly to one of their "service" reps, I haven't received a single response. I would strongly advise anyone thinking of using this firm to look elsewhere. I certainly will never use them again and will spread that message to everyone i know.
