When I started, I had a fairly good ability to read and understand Hebrew text (my knowledge of Hebrew vocabulary was moderate but I could often understand the gist of what I was reading) BUT I had a very difficult time listening and speaking. This course helped immensely! I had lots of opportunity to listen and to practice speaking and my confidence improved. Ganit was creative and looked for materials that would be interesting for me personally. Each of the teachers I had the opportunity to work with followed up by sending me links to interesting articles/songs/shows that would help me to improve my Hebrew.
