“Ulpan Or is an excellent Ulpan. I have been a student in this Ulpan for 3 years. First there are the people: from the teachers to the office staff to the owners, all are very helpful with any problem I have ever had. The lesson are multi-sensory, they include video, audio, visual. The lessons are designed to make the new vocabulary stick. They have the vocabulary words on Quizlet, which I find helpful. There are ebooks on the holidays , on the history of Israel, and places in Israel . I was recently in Israel and was quite good at communicating with everyone I spoke with. The Israelis all complimented me on my Hebrew and asked me where I learned to speak so well and I told them Ulpan Or. I work hard on learning Hebrew, about 1/2 hour a day. I would highly recommend Ulpan Or to anyone serious about learning modern conversational Hebrew.”
