Ulpan-OR is amazing. The teachers are superb and the course materials are well done. What is most impressive is that unlike many such la gauge programs, they don't start at the 3rd floor with preconceived notions as to what you know. The materials begin from the basement and work up like building a house. To me Ulpan-OR is the way to go if you want to learn Hebrew.
