This is about DANA in customer service. If i could give 0 stars for customer service, i would. I was enticed to open credit card for free gift. First bill received was $8.53. I went in store to pay cash, which was refused…..I guess they don’t trust their employees as other stores accept cash payments at the register on credit card bills. Tho I sent in my payment, it was late. I received a late fee of $25 at which time, I called customer service and explained the situation & asked for a one-time customer service exception, which I know other companies will do as well. Instead of waiving on a one-time/1st billing offense, They could only offer me $15 off. Ridiculous!! I refused to pay.
Now I get a call from DANA at customer service & I tried to explained to her what happened. She was SO incredibly RUDE-kept talking over me & basically would not let me talk. Then she threatened me with my credit rating….I could not get a word in edgewise! I just hung up!
What has happened to customer service. I have called various customer service lines over the years With a question, and they listen & allow you to talk..that is customer SERVICE. This was ridiculous & made me so mad, so I am writing this review. I will not shop at this store EVER! I will order products online from Amazon & have them delivered to my door or go to Sephora.
