“Jordi at the Ulta in Goleta was super helpful and kind during my visit. She took the time to assist me and made the checkout process smooth and stress-free. Her friendly attitude and great customer service really stood out. Ulta is lucky to have her!”

“Usually when I go to Ulta Beauty the cashier always check the points I have available to use at the moment and let me know about any coupons available to use, but today the lady, the cashier, did not offer me any discounts or neither suggest me to use the coupons available. I had to ask and then she said yes if you have an app or if you received any emails. Like what!!! Really!! My purchase was almost a $100 total. I saved some money because I was paying attention.”

“Ulta is my go to store when I need any cheaper products or items. In my opinion, Sephora is just highly overpriced and not worth the extra cost. Why spend over 30 dollars on a lip liner when you could go to Ulta and get a cheaper version for the same quality? I love Ulta and I 100% recommend!”

“RATING IS ZERO! ZERO!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! STAY AWAY!!! The Rainbow is what I asked for. The other pictures is what I received along with a ton of missing hair - broken down to the roots; to be ignored by Corporate, to be treated horribly by the Store - Most of management is not apologetic nor do they care - District Manager will not call me back, nor does sending emails do any good whatsoever. If you are dumb enough to have anything done with your hair at Ulta - you get what you get and it's on you! I am missing over 1/2 my hair and if you blow up the pictures of the Platinum Blonde, you can see for yourself. It's been over a week and no one has bothered to call me. I guess at this point, it is going to be complaining to the State of Texas, and going after Licenses and a lawsuit because I'm done being ignored!!! Please view all the pictures! The last picture with the overwhelming super dark colors and hair so saturated with color that it made a mess everywhere, made the burned and blistered Scalp and Ears worse and took over 3 hours to wash out with cold water and clarifying shampoo after the first 2 hours of just cold water. DO NOT GO TO ULTA! FIRST OFF, THEY WILL NEVER APOLOGIZE FOR MESSING UP YOUR HAIR, AND THEY WILL IGNORE YOU WHEN YOU ARE UNHAPPY! THIS SITE WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO ATTACH MY PICTURES - PLEASE CONTACT ME.”

“Terrible online ordering. When you order the item says it's available. Later you get an email that one item isn't available. It screws up the sale prices you shopped for and end up paying shipping cost because of this. I suggest never ordering online! Oh and they can only cancel your order within an hour of placing it.”

“I tried yo return a purchase if the get dreamy product and they refused to give me back the money. The product itself guaranteed to use it and if not satisfied you get your money back. The sales girl at ULTA even said same to me before my purchase. I took it back and they said it was used. YES IT WAS !! How else would you be able to see if it worked or not. The CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!!!!! They do not stand by their products and from other reviews i see I'm not alone! They will not get on the phone with you,,,,,,”

“I want to warn everyone about the Ulta Beauty Credit Card and their terrible billing system. This is one of the most frustrating and dishonest experiences I’ve ever had with any company. Ulta encourages customers to sign up for their store credit card by promising discounts on future purchases. But once you sign up, the real nightmare begins. Even after payments are made, Ulta (and their bank partner) keeps charging your account. They repeatedly send bills saying the payment was not received — even when it was. And if you try to fix the issue, they add late fees, double charges, and more penalties for something that wasn’t your fault. When you contact customer service, all they say is, “It was a mistake,” or “There is no record.” They take no responsibility for their system errors and still demand that you pay the extra charges. It feels like a trap designed to keep customers paying for their own mistakes. No customer should have to deal with this kind of unethical and irresponsible system. My advice: DO NOT sign up for the Ulta credit card. Avoid it completely. Protect yourself and your money. This company’s billing system is unreliable, careless, and deeply disappointing.”

“Customer service is terrible. They cheated me out you out if gift cards and points if you return anything. They said the cashier are freaky looking and just rude. They have too many piercings and unnatural hair cooler. I go there to buy beauty products, not weirdo stuff”

“If I could give less I would. Purchased item online and wished to cancel the order after I received an update that it will be taking longer than expected. Customer service laughed when I asked to cancel the item. Horrible customer service. I will never purchase anything from them again!!”

“I’ve exchanged emails over the course of a year and a half. They are so shortsighted. A company wants to lose a patron over roughly $30.00? It’s ridiculous. They reply with we are doing everything to resolve this, but, NEVER anything for the consumer. The only time I will patronize them is if they have a better price than others. I’m not ignorant. Extremely poor consumer relations.”

“Poor customer service. Went in for a price adjustment, manager (male) would not honor sale. Decided to ask for a complete refund instead, manager refused to refund item. Don’t waste your time coming to this store, management is incompetent. He rather harass his own employees on their days off (sick leave) in the middle of store during the day.”

“The girls are always very nice and helpful. I was in the Pickerington Ohio location today and manager even made sure I was able to get the sale price. Everyone was helpful and they were busy. “I’ve been shopping at Ulta for years, and it honestly never disappoints. The store is always clean, organized, and super easy to browse. Every time I walk in, the staff greets me right away and actually helps—not in a pushy way, but in a “let me find exactly what you need” way. I also love how Ulta carries everything in one place: high-end brands, drugstore favorites, haircare, skincare, fragrances… literally anything you could want. Their rewards program is unmatched too points actually add up fast and you can redeem them like real cash, which makes a huge difference. Recently, one of the associates helped me pick products that fit my skin type, and my makeup has never looked better. I always walk out feeling confidente about what I bought. I even repurchased the nars cream y radiant concealer that was recommended!”
