Love the sale deals! Want to give a big shout out to Emily at the Suncoast and Cortez Ulta! A well deserved compliment for all her help with products and going in the back to get a product my daughter wanted to buy that wasn't on the shelf! Great customer service Emily! I recently purchased the Valentino Donna Born In Roma Eau de Parfum 2-Piece Travel Gift Set what was sent to me clearly was not the one I purchased. Customer service explained to me that they ran out of the regular one that I purchased and I saw on the website. Instead of being notified of this change and asking me if I still wanted the item they just sent it. When I asked her about sending the correct one that I saw that I purchased she said they were still out. She said she would refund me or give me a small discount. This is giving deceptive ways behavior. No way that you let all these people purchase this and all of a sudden you run out in the beginning of having a promotion and send something else. Everyone should be compensated for this.

I recently had an amazing cut and color experience with my stylist, Diana. She really understood what I wanted and made the end result better than I imagined. Great attention to detail but also efficient and quick. I highly recommend Diana!

The Wow Extra Large bombshell volumizer has been a game changer for my hair that is so thin and fine with no volume. This priduct truly has changed my hair texture and have to thank ukta employee for recommending ! Best customer service.

I am a Diamond member and Ulta send me Serovital hair vitamins that are expired. They offered nothing for the inconvenience of having to return them. Sending expired vitamins is inexcusable. I LOVE how they are like congratulations you get a refund! 🙄

After placing my order during awesome sale this past Sunday. Their bootleg delivery service returned my package and I was sitting waiting all day for my delivery today. I got an email saying refund initiated. WHAT??? Now they will not reship it correctly and honor sale prices. This is why I shop SEPHORA! SHAME on Ulta.

This approach felt deceptive and disrespectful of customers’ time and loyalty. As a Platinum member, I expected transparency and integrity from a brand that positions itself as customer-first. Instead, this experience has significantly eroded my trust in Ulta and directly influenced my decision to stop shopping with the brand. As a result, I am requesting the following: A formal apology acknowledging that the messaging and execution of this campaign were misleading. A clear explanation of why non-influencers were invited to participate in a registration flow that was never intended to be accessible to them. A commitment to a policy change ensuring future marketing communications clearly state eligibility requirements and do not place customers into false queues or dead-end registration pages. What could have been an opportunity to strengthen customer relationships instead demonstrated a willingness to mislead loyal customers for engagement metrics. Until this issue is meaningfully addressed, my loyalty—and business—will remain elsewhere. I hope Ulta takes this feedback seriously and uses it to improve how it communicates with and respects its customer base.

Nya was knowledgeable, very pleasant to work with regarding make up. Loved her ! It seemed every time I wanted to purchase a product, sold out ! Asked upon check out about how often they receive stock, and was told every week. Well, if every week they receive stock and it sells out, doesn't that tell you maybe they should order more stock? The associates said products sell out fast. That led me to have my order delivered to my house. What a turn off. Don't think I'll ever go back there again. Yet, Nya was wonderful exploring and trying different make up.

Horrible . The store in Waterbury ct is very unprofessional and they greet only select guests . I received a broken product and much return was not accepted . It was over $200 and an expensive hair dryer . They do not have a fair or legal return policy . They lost a customer for good.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Hyalu B5 suractivated cream has a good texture that is not sticky or oily when applied to the skin. The smell is amazing and you can feel your skin tightening when it is applied. Comes in a nice blue pretty jar. Feels more like a high end product and I feel it will give you good results. When shipped, it is well packed. I would recommend this cream to anyone!

I have always kept my account in tact and made payments on time. I had used the card in September. When I made called to pay the FULL balance off in October to have a ZERO balance, the agent assured me that it would take care of everything including the charge for paying over the phone. I made it very clear and repeated it several times that I wanted to make sure there would be a ZERO balance and the agent assured me that that was the case. I paid and got my confirmation number. Fast forward to December 26th….”CCB calling in regards to Ulta Beauty mc to avoid continued efforts to resolve this matter”….When I called I was informed that I owed over $84 and it was past due. I asked how that was possible as I had paid the entire balance off including the fees for paying over the phone and had not used the card since. The agent kept talking in circles saying that there was interest. I reiterated that charges incurred in September and the minute the bill arrived I called and paid the balance in full. Agent said there was residual interest. I asked how that could be possible when I paid in full prior to due date. The explanation was unacceptable and I requested to speak with a supervisor. The supervisor was not understanding and I was getting extremely frustrated. I am extremely disappointed and feel that the charge was totally unjustified!!!! Paid in full with ZERO balance means ZERO BALANCE!!! Customer service is not what it used to be, issues got solved in a satisfactory manner. Not anymore 😐 it’s very disheartening what extent these companies will go to to make the customer continually pay more, while providing less services.

I went to the Cascade Ulta at 9:00am when they opened early for the Holidays. There were several staff members present and very few Customers at that time. No one greeted me or acknowledged me as a Customer. All of the Sales Staff were visiting each other. I was completely ignored and ended up asking for help. I would think that Ulta has more of a Customer focus policy.

1. Members that aren’t diamond get better discounts and extra coupons than diamond. 2. Cannot return unopened and sealed items at 61 days or more. 3. I won’t be stocking up on anything any longer. My stash will last over a year. Being a diamond is not worth it. However, it’s better than Sephora’s 3 times per year discount

I shop at Ulta, in Harlingen, TX. I had to return an item and received horrible customer service from cashier Nancy. She was extremely unkind! She was truly horrible! I then received assistance from Jorge. Jorge changed my horrible experience to a very pleasant one. Jorge was truly very kind, knowledgeable and really turn my awful experience into a joyful one. I would never want to interact with Nancy again, ever!!! Awful person!

Usually when I go to Ulta Beauty the cashier always check the points I have available to use at the moment and let me know about any coupons available to use, but today the lady, the cashier, did not offer me any discounts or neither suggest me to use the coupons available. I had to ask and then she said yes if you have an app or if you received any emails. Like what!!! Really!! My purchase was almost a $100 total. I saved some money because I was paying attention.
