“love their products”

“Normally I love Ulta, however, my last experience with them was a huge let down. I purchased a hair styling tool that unfortunately wouldn’t turn on. I took the tool back a week later to exchange it for the exact same thing. I was informed though, that I would have to pay over $50 extra because the item was no longer on sale! I could understand if it was something different, but it was literally the exact same product. I’ve never ran across this policy at any other store. Do better Ulta.”

“I’m extremely disappointed with the CONSTANT cancellations at Ulta located at 40460 Winchester Rd, Temecula. Every single time I schedule a SKIN appointment, it gets canceled last minute because the person is sick; I book months in advance because I am out of State. I think the attention is focused on their local clients (which I understand) but should be honest about it and just not book out of states period. Very frustrating, unprofessional, and shows a complete lack of respect to customers’ time. If the technician is sick this often then they should have two people on their staff not just one. I’ve rearranged my own schedule repeatedly only to be left hanging on the day of. A one-time cancellation is understandable, it happens, but unacceptable when it becomes a pattern. I can no longer rely on this business, will not make any further appointments and you should not either if you value your time.”

“Managers were helpful, but condescending and they watch people like they are going to steal something. There are some people that receive gift cards and don’t know exactly what they would like to purchase. So, they wander around looking for something appealing. Associates make assumptions. Today was not the only time Ulta managers acted this way and this is why I typically don’t go there. Saginaw, MI”

“My review is for the ULTA Beauty in Sequim, WA; Store #1336. This store is stocked with multiple products and sales associates who are educated in pairing your beauty needs to the appropriate products. The Manager, Brittney has trained her staff well to listen to the customer & address the customers courteously. When I had a product malfunction issue, Brittney cheerfully refunded me for the product & treated me with first class service. I will always choose ULTA as they treat me, their customer, like I am right. Additionally, Alyssa M has assisted me graciously to find the best products for my facial needs & hair, I really appreciate her help. Marianne is another great associate who is kind and will get me help if needed. She always gives me blue ribbon service with a big smile. Thank you Brittney, Alyssa M & Mariann at ULTA! Sara”

“I received a small bottle of Idole perfume as a birthday gift from Ulta. What I love about Idole perfume is that while there is a rose scent, the jasmine and white musk make a perfect blend on your skin with a very lovely fragrance. “i came into ulta beauty during mid june and i loved the atmosphere of the ulta in austin texas.The workers are very kind,helpful and respectful.i recently went to a ulta in california when i was visiting and i realized that’s not only the ulta in georgetown is a amazing environment and store to shop at but every ulta is like that i have nothing but good feedback to give to ulta”
