Donna Lou at 356 was very helpful. I don’t normally wear make up, but she showed me how to do it and help me find the right make up in the colors. Great job. The next time I need something I will look for Donnalou.

Worst company ever… I paid my account off not realizing I owed anything considering it was paid off. While fight for my life in an icu I missed two payments why there was even payments, the minute I realized I called made the 28.00 payment. So I go in the make a purchase not knowing they shut my account down until next month and when I called to see if they could turn it on to make this purchase they said no nothing they can do for me. I was fighting for my life. Run from this company they don’t care about the customers only the money. Account closed I’ll go to Sephora.

I wanna give a huggers shout out to the lady that helped me today her name was Tatiana , loved her down !!! I was not even planning on going to ultra then I saw it and immediately my mind was like ummm I’ve seen ppl online say they can never get their skin toned right etc … but then I was like nope u know what I’m walking in .. I’m not a makeup girly but I’ve been seeing skin tint go viral online and I was like I don’t wanna buy something idk abt so I was like let me walk in here and ask and she was like yess grllll I got u she brought me to a chair and the first choice of skin tint was chefs kiss oh my gosh !!! She even tried other ones but it did not beat her first pick and her customer service and her being so personable making sure I loved everything and helping me explaining products to me and everything like phew I cld go on but my grlll deserves a raise okkkkkkk!!!! .. also it was at the ulta beauty in Lakewood Towne center

Placed an order it stated with order you get a free item order came no free item. First customer service said you had to add free item to cart but I told her that it said “you will get free item” not you had to add free item then she said it was limited quantities and probably were out of free item and I said someone 6 weeks ago ordered same item and never received free item so if it was limited quantities they knew 6 weeks ago there were gone why keeping advertising that you would get free item!! Then I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager and she put me on hold and like 3 minutes later returned and said no one was available and I said I knew she was going come back on phone and say that 🤣🤣 I did tell her I will not ever be ordering or going to ulta store again the items are all available elsewhere that they sell. So they keep losing customers!!

I wanna say thank you for the great service and help as a 70 year old woman wanting to shop 200 dollars perfume no one wanted to help until I got to the online pick up and I met daisy Marquez from Ulta winrock Albuquerque nm she helped me do it online for her some who lives in El Paso. She went out of her way to help a blessing.

Hello, I hope this time you will do something about Henderson store at Stephanie in Nevada . The co-manager Marissa super rude and mean. This time was enough the way she was treated me as a guest and spending a few hundred dollars . I don’t deserve it as a customer . She shouldn’t work there as specially as a manager . Being rude not just with me even with her staff . I have had whiteness the way we’re talking to everyone , downgrading abusive . Just because i wear comfortable outfit when Im not working , im happy I don’t wear makeup and high heel on my day off! I’m guessing it has something to do if someone is prettier than her she becomes an avail b… It has been going on her behavior years now. I won’t ever go to Ulta after all this ! I rather go Sephora or Neiman stores to get my high end creams and make up! Im strongly hoping you will make changes and not keeping her as her position now! She doesn’t deserve it . I usually wire reviews when my personally get a bad customer service . She shouldn’t work there !!!!

I ordered stuff from Ulta and it say it will arrive on Aug 7 then 8 then 9 it kept getting a day longer and when now it’s Aug 23 it never came I called Ulta and told them my package didn’t arrive they took 20 mins and in the end they said we can’t do anything ur package didn’t get arrived I can’t do anything I just lost 105 dollars

This was hands down the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced at any Ulta, and it happened at the Tower Shops location around 8PM last night. I went in simply to pick up an online order, and instead of receiving even the slightest bit of help, I was met with eye-rolling, attitude, and pure rudeness from all three employees working. Their exact solution? To tell me they were understaffed and that I could “go grab the item myself.” Except I couldn’t — because it was locked up, and unbelievably, none of them even had the key. When the manager finally appeared, I expected at least some professionalism. Instead, she was just as rude and dismissive, immediately jumping to defend her staff as if I had been the one mistreating them — when in reality, it was the complete opposite. Not once did anyone apologize or attempt to correct the situation. The way I was spoken to and brushed off was completely unacceptable. I left the store in absolute disbelief that a company as big as Ulta would allow a location to operate this way. The lack of basic respect, accountability, or customer care was shocking. I will never set foot in this store again, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this location if you don’t want to be treated like an inconvenience.

My mother went to Ulta a few weeks ago to make a hair appointment she is 65 years old so she really did not know how to go about it. She is just now telling me about her experience . She went to the Ulta in Charlotte NC or Rea Rd. She said the young lady who helped her name was Dona she was a manager. My mom said she walked and in and Dona greeted her with a beautiful smile. Asked her how her day was and if she could help you find anything. My mom told her she wanted to Acura hair appointment so Dona told her I can help step right over to the computer. She said as she was making the appointment for a relaxer and color Dona said you know what let’s go talk to the stylist to make sure this is something they can do because I’m not sure if it’s a good idea to do both of those the same day. Dona took her back and she met the stylist that would be doing her hair and the stylist explained that getting a color and relaxer the same wasn’t a good idea cause it can pull her hair out. My mom was who never makes her own appointment was so grateful for Dona . I just want to say that my mom can not stop talking about how sweet and wonderful Dona was to her. I don’t know if she’ll see this but if anyone who works at the Ulta beauty on rea rd in Charlotte nc knows Dona tell her I said thank you for being so kind and patient with my mother!

I shopping there many times we live in small town but the company is horrible, get your information with ur phone lie about coupon just take I there. Lie about all the sale ‘Many times they said this come with free gift on cashier they said sorry we r out. They not helpful, I had gift card they cansel it , the cashier said no money in it.. they cansel easy take ur money. Never trust them

Ulta salon, north Olmsted. Stylist is Areej. Never go there! Areej did a terrible job with my hair extensions. Claimed she had done a ton before, but in fact her skills were marginal at best. Sewed 4 weft and stitched them to my crown. Placed 2 stitches in my scalp. I had several bruises due to her roughness. I was there from 1:30 to almost 7:30. It was an awful experience. She ruined the hair wefts. Will never go back to ulta. Dee Weber

Kudos to Jakeup at Ulta in Port St. Lucie West, FL who did a phenomenal job coloring and styling my hair. He came highly recommended by a friend. It was my first time with Jakeup and I'm happy to say I found my new hairdresser! He has a fantastic personality, and I feel like I knew him forever. Thank you again Jakup for an outstanding cut and color!

I went to Ulta in Greenville, RI for a haircut. She asked me if i wanted my hair washed. She cut hair across bottom back, then asked if i wanted my bangs cut. It doesn't feel like i had a haircut. She charged $42.00 and said she usually charges $62.00. First and last time at Ulta.

I think it's ridiculous to have to pay to have my hair dried after a root touch-up. $66.00 for a root touch-up from a junior stylist. Then another $25.00 to dry, plus a tip. This is my last visit! She did a good job, but not again

This Past Monday I drove a friend to the Ultra Beauty Store on Columbus Blvd to search for a foundation . The Beauty Advisor-Kaliyah assisted her . She provided excellent customer service. She went above and beyond to her her find the right product for her skin type. Additionally, she assisted me with products for my thinning hair and a lip look that i have been try to find for sometime . She had a strong understanding of the products We need more sales representatives like her i. As a result I will frequent that location in the future. You Rock Kaliyah.

I tried to use a gift card in the store and the girl checking me out peeled off my gift card number from the back of the card but it ripped the number off so I couldn’t use it. They said there was nothing they could do so i had to call customer service. I called and got the runaround and was was even disconnected at one point and had to call again to start over. Finally, someone said they would re-issue me a new card after I sent them a picture of my old one. I did immediately and even got a response that it was received. I have been ignored since. I haven’t received the new gift card. I even sent a follow up email asking about the status and have even ignored. I called and kept being out on hold and nobody comes back to help me. It’s the worst customer service ever. I have this gift card I can’t use be due to another ulta employee and I can’t get customer service to help me and feel like I was lied to being promised another card.
