I find high end and drugstore brands in one same place and love that and the customer service is great they always come up to me assisting me with anything help i need.

Usually my in-store experience in Brooksville, FL is annoying to horrible. They are either out of every color I need, or the employees at checkout register are completely incompetent or nasty. Today, a new face; someone named Donny. He was helpful, genuine, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to address my questions and needs. They need to hire an entire store of “Donny’s.” This man is truly a treasure.

I decided to try the Makeup service at the Davie location after reading the Sephora reviews. I had a diner event later that day so I figured to save time and have someone do my makeup to give me a different look since it's a "professional". Jesse was my make-up artist. I got there ahead of time...she was running late due to previous customer..they told me to give her 15 min. I came back..she needed additional 10 min..when it was finally my turn...it felt rushed, she didnt apologize for the wait, and she didnt say much...there was no tutorial/education on what she was applying...compared to the other artists near me that was serving other customers (i was listening)...at the end, there was a blob of makeup near my eye which I pointed out to her (poor blending)..the foundation shade was lighter than my skin color..(after asking her IF this is the best shade for me)..the whole thing was a waste of time and money!!! I would just refer to YouTube for makeup application ideas!! **I actually went home to remove ALL that junk and re-apply myself ** The 2 star rating was for the other sales personnel who kept asking if I needed any help..

How does it take 10 to process a payment?! Multiple managers online with different answers. Will never shop there again. Awful customer service in general.

I am beyond upset and disappointed. My Ulta account has been hacked 4 times this year. Almost 500$ worth each time. I've sent over 80 emails back and forth with their customer support. They have YET to secure my account or come up with any other solution. So beware anyone that uses ULTA they are not verifying identification nor is your online account secure. I've asked to speak to the supervisor or a representative from headquarters and they have told me one will have to contact me back on MULTIPLE occasions. Their customer service is awful and I'm really bummed loc I love Ulta. But this entire experience that continually keeps happening is extremely frustrating and makes me feel unsafe using my own account.

Ordering online was such a horrible experience. I was also charged twice and it said it was unable to process my order multiple times. I have no idea if they have an order for me or not, but I now have to dispute charges with bank.

I had an 11 am appointment for an ear piercing. I was already en route to go there and I received a phone call 10 minutes prior to my appointment time canceling. That’s completely unacceptable and inconsiderate, you wait 10 minutes before my appointment time to notify me? Don’t worry, I’ll never use you guys for that, or anything else.

I went to the town center location today and a nice friendly, very patient and caring employee by the name of Andrew helped me. He was so knowledgeable about skin care all the way to make up. So many other customers needed assistance and he was able to multi task and help us all. I'm so pleased with the service i received and if your ever in the area stop by and ask for the famous Andrew.
