I have not had issue with service, it has been their scheduling and payment systems that had had inconsistencies since I began using their services 4 years ago. Today, June 13, 2025 their systems are down and you must pay cash or a not Ulta payment. Also, they cannot check schedules and you cannot receive points for your purchases. Unless you call customer service and I’m not sure they will do it. It makes me feel very insecure about the security of my private information as well as extreme weakness in the value they put I. Their technology systems.
