Ulta lost a customer today. Over credit card late fee that should have never been charged. I pay my card balance monthly. Twice i tried to pay online and got the message to try again later. This caused me to make my payment on the actual due date over the phone. They charged me a late fee. Which I had no idea there was a balance on my card because I had not used it. Which led to them charging me a late fee on a late fee! As of today Ulta will never get another dollar from me. And every gift card I buy will be Sephora. This truly showed me how much Ulta values their customers! They don’t! -signed truly disappointed customer
