Managers were helpful, but condescending and they watch people like they are going to steal something. There are some people that receive gift cards and don’t know exactly what they would like to purchase. So, they wander around looking for something appealing. Associates make assumptions. Today was not the only time Ulta managers acted this way and this is why I typically don’t go there.
