My wife bought two gift cards last week. $175 and $150. When she got home she realized that she made a mistake....the $150 card was supposed to be $100. Within 2 hours she went back to the store to get the mistake fixed. They wouldn't do it. I called thier corporate office and sppent a hour on hold (staying on for proinciple now) ....and they said they would have the store call me. they never did. ULTA SUCKS....THERE ARE OTHER PLACES OUT THERE!
