My wife bought two gift cards last week. $125 and $150. When she got home she realized that she made a mistake....the $150 card was supposed to be $100.
Within 2 hours she went back to the store to get the mistake fixed. They wouldn't do it. I called their corporate office and spent an hour on hold (staying on for principle now) ....and they said they would have the store call me. They never did. ULTA SUCKS....THERE ARE OTHER PLACES OUT THERE!
