I was so impressed how quickly Ulta beauty corporate staff responded to my feedback. They emailed me the next day and called me personally apologizing for my experience at a certain store. I have a lot of skin allergies so I shop Ulta for their wide variety of products that match my skin type. I will continue to shop Ulta. They have great product and good customer service striving to improve their store and educate their store employees.
