I ordered products on sale and could not get the payment to go through successfully. I texted and called the customer service staff and was assured they would have it corrected within 48 hrs and the sale prices would be honored.
I contacted them again after 4 days and got the same runaround. They told me to enter another card...try again. All the things I tried with the first representative i spoke with. Then told me the again it had been escalated. I looked at the bag of products and the prices had doubled as they were 1 day beauty steals.
I've never encountered such poor customer service from a company. I'm uninstalling the app and shopping at sephora and other places in the future.
It appears that their customer service reps are offshore and sending pre-written emails and reading from scripts.
