I returned 2 shampoos and conditioners to Ulta, Monroeville. PA.
The general mgr., Nancy Urbanek finished the return and was very polite to me. I have fine hair and am trying different shampoos to correct the problem.
I visit the store quite often and appreciate the staff members' expertise. I learn something new every time I visit Ulta.
