Dear Ulta Customer Service,
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the customer service I received during my visit to your Longview, TX store on September 14th at approximately 1:48 PM.
During checkout, I was assisted by a cashier named Kelli. Unfortunately, my interaction with her was extremely unpleasant. She did not greet me, make eye contact, or acknowledge me in any way throughout the entire transaction. There was no "hello," "thank you," or even a simple "have a nice day." Her demeanor came across as dismissive and unprofessional.
I have shopped at this location several times and have generally had positive experiences, which made this encounter all the more disappointing. Based on Kelli’s behavior, it seemed clear she had no interest in interacting with customers, raising concerns about whether she is suited for a front-facing role in customer service.
I also couldn't help but feel that her attitude may have been influenced by personal bias, which is especially concerning. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of ethnicity or background.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to ensure that all Ulta customers receive the respectful and professional treatment they deserve.
