The Company is great at shipping and pricing. The hairpiece is a little shiny. I apply dry shampoo to tone it down. I wish companies offered the rooted look for silver hair. I use a gray Coptic marker to add the look of darker roots along the top of the hairpiece. It looks more natural. You can look at YouTube for instructions.
