At this point, you would rather not have my review! I am unhappy with your customer service! I have sent two email requests to you asking for instructions to, first, exchange the topper I ordered for a different one, then when I didn't get a response, I had to order what I wanted from another company. Therefore, my last request was for instructions to return order #15112 for a refund.
I'm still waiting for a return form and instructions.
