I received my IPad Air 2 in November when I had placed the order. As it was for a Christmas present we didn’t get to use the product until then, however this is when we noticed the battery was faulty and the device wouldn’t charge. The customer service through email was absolutely fantastic and gave me solutions to try and fix the issue at home and when that failed they arranged postage etc for me to return the iPad to be repaired which was really straightforward. My iPad was replaced and returned to me within a few weeks with no issues whatsoever and the new device has been in excellent condition and full Working order as expected. The customer service is fabulous! Particularly Kalina who was very helpful. 10/10 would recommend using this business. Value and customer service are clearly top priority.
