“Incompetent or Scammers??!! I bought an Iphone 12 through Amazon after a while it started getting insanely hot; at first they seemed helpful but once the phone was returned it took them 5 weeks to finally send a replacement. Despite me letting them know the issue in detail before it was returned and acknowledging that if it wasn't a quick fix a replacement could be any colour (this is relevant later) as long as it was the same spec. After letting them know it was sent & received their end they then said it takes up to 5 days to process and 5 days to repair/replace?? After waiting this 10 days (i waited working days) I asked again and was told it was raised for shipping in the next 3 days! Another week later I still didn't have it so chased again and was told we don't have any white ones in stock but if I wanted a different colour they could ship straight away!! (They also never refunded my Postage as they had sent in writing they would) They did then send a replacement which had the screen hanging off, Bluetooth didn't work and it took all night to charge when it was first received to then tell me that it didn't recognise the battery and was getting hot too; so they are clearly using sub standard components and are incompetent at refurbishing. I contacted them again and asked for my money back including 2 lots of postage. I was told the refund period of 30 days had expired and the years warranty was only for replacement. I would have been understanding if it was on the 1st phone but if after the chasing I had done you would think they would make an effort to send a good quality replacement; so they clearly were going to keep sending sub standard products so I had to get Amazon involved who did refund the cost. But I still never got my 2 lots of Postage that I have it in writing they were going to refund on chat (Bethany just said "The returns postage was my mistake") and on the returns form through Amazon. Overall it took from 12th June to ask how to return until 6th August to get confirmation of the refund. I was without a phone for 80% of this time which had a significant effect on my business. USELESS, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!”

“Apple watch arrived with battery health lower than the minimum advertised level. Returned for a refund, Ultimo have promised the refund many times but after nearly a month I still haven't got my money back. They are very polite but simply LIE about the status of the refund. DON'T BUY from this company.”

“I wish there was a NO stars option. They didn’t dispatch my order at all and when I asked for a refund they Miraculously magic’d one up. It was scratched to bits. Looked like they’d fished it out of a skip. Grudgingly refunded me on return but now ignoring my requests for the promised £25 apology and my postage costs. Complete scammers. AVOID.”

“I would steer clear of this company. They supplied a ‘refurbished’ iphone which had a broken volume button and which, according to Apple, had a hardware problem. Both of these issues would have been present and would have been apparent if the phone had genuinely been refurbished. I sent the phone back to Ultimo who returned the phone with the same faults. I returned again, asking for a replacement, but they have refunded instead, bizarrely, deducting the postage, which I paid, from the total sum and which Ultimo had agreed to refund. My experience suggests that Ultimo does not check these phones before supplying, let alone refurbish them, but supplies phones ‘as is’ You would do better to buy a cheaper used phone from ebay.”

“Very impressed by this company. The I Pad 4 mini was in excellent condition. Unfortunately the battery is not holding charge very well. After contacting the company I had a swift response and they have asked me to return it for either a new battery or a replacement. Couldn't ask for more.”

“Great communication when needing to return my iPad as I’d ordered the wrong one. On arrival of my new iPad it wasn’t charging properly. I returned it and they replaced the battery and all working correctly now. Thank you”
