“Great communication when needing to return my iPad as I’d ordered the wrong one. On arrival of my new iPad it wasn’t charging properly. I returned it and they replaced the battery and all working correctly now. Thank you”

“Bought an apple watch and it was all scratched on the screen, not major scratches but there were scratches and I paid for prestine condition so was quite gutted about it.”

“I’m happy with my iPad. Took lot longer than stated for delivery. They are not good at keeping the customer informed, however, they are reasonably easy to contact by phone, but not good at shipping updates.”
