I wish there was a NO stars option. They didn’t dispatch my order at all and when I asked for a refund they Miraculously magic’d one up. It was scratched to bits. Looked like they’d fished it out of a skip. Grudgingly refunded me on return but now ignoring my requests for the promised £25 apology and my postage costs. Complete scammers. AVOID.

Bought Iphone X 256 GB describer as good condition but got phone that doesn`t turn on.Phone charging and hard reset doesn`t work. Don`t buy from this company.Scammers

I would steer clear of this company. They supplied a ‘refurbished’ iphone which had a broken volume button and which, according to Apple, had a hardware problem. Both of these issues would have been present and would have been apparent if the phone had genuinely been refurbished. I sent the phone back to Ultimo who returned the phone with the same faults. I returned again, asking for a replacement, but they have refunded instead, bizarrely, deducting the postage, which I paid, from the total sum and which Ultimo had agreed to refund. My experience suggests that Ultimo does not check these phones before supplying, let alone refurbish them, but supplies phones ‘as is’ You would do better to buy a cheaper used phone from ebay.

Avoid this company at all costs (literally). I ordered an iPad Pro 2018 12.9" refurbished model at the beginning of November. It is now a month later and I will have to return the device back to Ultimo Electronics for the THIRD time because it is faulty. I have been trying to start a graphic design business for a little while now, so I ordered an refurbished iPad from UE and even paid extra for it to be installed with a new battery, along with an additional year of warranty. I received the device and, before I even completed the setup steps, I noticed a solid, blue line of pixels running the width of the screen that occasionally flickered. This is an unacceptable fault for a device that costs as much as this one did, and (obviously) even more so for graphic design purposes. I thought 'oh well, these things do happen' and sent it back. About two weeks later I received the "repaired" device. This time I completed the setup steps but, yet again, the screen fault re-appeared in the exact same spot. Evidently, nothing had been done to actually repair the device at all. Annoyed, I sent it back a 2nd time. I finally received it after another two weeks and just tried it out today...only to find that it has the exact same fault as the previous models had. Instead of continuing on this perpetual cycle of posting it back to them, only for them to send it back without doing anything, I have demanded a full refund. Their Customer Service team is also very unhelpful, especially after having spent a lot of money on one of their products. I was left in the dark for nearly the entire time that I had waited for this device to be shipped to me. I also enquired as to how it could be proved that the device had actually been fitted with a new battery, which was ignored completely. I have lost a month of potential business thanks the complete incompetency of Ultimo Electronics. Do not use this company. They don't care about you.

AVOID-10 Days later Still waiting 😡🤬AVOID 1 star is too generous. 10 Days later Still waiting for products to turn up and no sign of it , if you email you get replies of postal strike which is NOT true as strikes are not occurring for whole 2 weeks . Then some one calls to change the product as they have not available in stock , so that was blatant lie to begin with the excuse of 10 postal strike for 10 days. Spent nearly £600 pound and got nothing yet 😡🤬

Absolutely shocking service, I ordered a very good condition Apple Watch and when I received it from them it looked like it been dragged across a concrete floor for half a mile. When I sent it back they then said it was linked to my iCloud account but I never even turned the watch on. Was a gift and ended up ruining a birthday. Taken 2 weeks to sort out and still haven’t had a replacement. I’d your looking for a good quick service don’t bother with theses guys

This experience has made me only go for websites to order from that i’m 100% familiar with. Ordered an ipad on sunday - Got told my order was only gonna take 3-5 days, which is fair enough. Today has been 5 days since i have ordered and I still haven’t even received a shipment email which has had me very concerned all day and i’ve been ever so worried that it’s a scam which I CANNOT afford with the circumstances I am in right now. Completely understand if it can take longer than 5 days, but please just put that on your website instead of having every single one of your customers on edge at the fact they haven’t received an order with the time range they had been given. Smh.

Shocking customer service! I ordered a phone last week. I received an email telling me it would be 3-5 working days and I should have an email giving me tracking details etc from Royal Mail. No such email has ever arrived and it is almost a week to the day I ordered the phone. I emailed customer services on Friday and had no reply, I’ve emailed again tonight. I’ve asked for a refund, the least they could do is email customers back.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS Bought an iPhone 7 for my son recieved it and tried to turn it on and nothing tried to charge it still nothing contacted company who asked for me to send it back which I did the next day in the original packaging then received an email saying that it was accidental damage and was not covered by there warranty joke of a company now down the price of the phone and a heartbroken son how can a company treat people this way absolutely disgusting AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Disgrace of a company. Clearly don’t understand what gdpr is. I was told by Sharon if you have a product delivered to another address then a third party (not the account holder or payment maker) can communicate with them and have alternative products sent exchanged etc with out any consent. (Keep in mind the email addresses where different and nobody pretended to be me) Ordered a phone a phone on 15th was told the product was shipped out. Then got told they didn’t have the product so they would send a cheaper version with less storage. Got this phone which was incorrect and broken, then had it returned to then be told that its 4 weeks for the actual thing I ordered and they have been making all kinds of deals. Never heard of such a thing will be reporting further

Absolutely appalling service. The staff are rude, unhelpful and inefficient. I purchased an iPhone 6s. The order stated it would arrive within 5-7 days. By day 9, not only had I not received the item, I had not received shipping details. I had to chase this and they sent the item but no apology was given. On arrival, the phone battery was dead. I charged this and 0-100% charge took just over 20 mins which is far too quick. The battery went back to zero in a similar time. I returned this for repair as it quite clearly needed a new battery. This demonstrates they either do not test items before sale, or knowingly sell faulty items, contrary to the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Despite the phone being returned by tracked postage, I had no notification to say they had received it, despite Royal Mail showing it had been delivered. They have no apology, rather many excuses about how it takes them a week to figure out what the problem item is. They then said there was no order number on it which was a lie as it was in the box with the device and printed on the return label. I pointed out how poor their service was. I received a prompt reply from a seemingly entitled individual stating “I don’t have to put up with you speaking to me in such a rude manner”. Clearly they do not know what speaking is, as I had only emailed them, and it simply stated facts about how I had chased them at every stage, evidencing their poor service. I was then told it was being processed for refund despite a repair being requested. I eventually receive a phone back stating it had a new battery. They had exchanged the phone for one in worse condition and the battery health, an iPhone menu, stated 83%. I emailed them AGAIN! I was told to charge it continuously for 48 hours, which is dangerous and I had made it clear I wanted a refund. This showed how they cannot or choose not to read emails. I have now sent the item back and will not use them again as it seems like a business model selling faulty items at a price you expect to pay for functioning items, as advertised. I dare say I will have to chase them for a refund based on experience so far. Do not use this company. Avoid at all costs and they only get 1 star as that is the lowest you can give. APPALLING.

I purchased an Apple Watch through Wowcher who then provide you with a voucher for the watch from this company. I received a faulty watch which wouldn’t charge properly. After contacting this company to sort things out I sent the watch back to them and they agreed to send me a replacement. The new watch arrived which was the incorrect product (it was a smaller sized Apple Watch to what I had paid for they sent me a 38mm watch - the product I paid for was 42mm) I then contacted them again to explain this and sent it back and they assured me they would send out the correct replacement. But yet again they have failed to send me the correct watch and have sent me the smaller size for the second time. I also had to chase them numerous times to send me a further replacement upon sending the watch back. I then called their customer service line and spoke to a very unhelpful employee who told me this is a common error that happens with many customers and said she would escalate this to her manager who would call me back. I am still yet to receive a call back and am incredibly frustrated with their lack of basic skills. I purchased this watch in May and 3 months later I am without the item I paid for it’s an absolute joke. I would advise everyone to steer clear.

ordered iphone 7 rose gold 128gb. Received iphone 7 sliver 32gb. I returned straight away advising I needed to purchase correct phone from elsewhere as you advised would take 7 days to process return and a further upto 7 days for correct 1 to be sent. I did everything correctly and was your company that provided misleading phone as the box said 128gb and staff member confirmed that. The storage in the phone was 100% 32gb!!! I have tried on numerous occassions to chase the refund and as of today 26/8 to no avail.Customer service is a non entity I am afraid.purchase, return and refund have been extremely hard work. REFUND not received.

Placed an order, no email receipt no way to track order no way to log into website. Emailed and phoned them still the only record I have of sale is the screen grabs I took when purchasing and my credit card bill. Person on phone pretty much laughed at me when I voiced my concerns. Very unprofessional and unhelpful.

I bought an iphone 11 pro a month ago with 1 year of warranty. I damaged it and the warranty should cover, just after the damage they told me they are not able to fix it because it's my fault, so what's the sense of the warranty??? So just after sending a complaint they sent me a document about this fake warranty that doesn't cover anything, but on the website when you buy it says ' Yes! Your warranty period starts from the date of purchase and will be in place for 12 months. During this period we will repair your item, if a repair is not possible we will replace the product for you.' and plus after the order they don't sand you any confirmation of warranty or documentation. They lie on the website and after the purchase, after my complain, they told me that warranty don't cover any personal damage. This is a big lie on your website and you don't even explain after purchase about your fake warranty.

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid! Where do I start with this?! So, I bought a GPS/Cellular watch for my wife just over a year ago. Guess I should have seen the warning signs when having bought it, I was then told a few days later (and now too late to sort anything else out) that it wasn’t actually available! After some more time, I was told that they did in fact have one left which was a relief. Anyway, the non-apple charger that came with it broke quickly. No big deal, they are not too expensive, so bought her another. Fast forward a few months and the watch isn’t charging properly. I put it down to the charger again, and bought another, and it works again…intermittently. Still under a year now, more problems occur, so I buy her another charger, which works initially. So, now literally just over a year since purchase, and she gets the dreaded red lightning bolt, and it won’t charge at all. I telephone and am told by Shannon that I am beyond the years warranty. I explain that the problems actually happened within a year, and it is clearly a battery problem and I would have reported earlier but thought it was a charger problem. No help offered. Very angry now, I write to them asking them to take a look at it, but they refuse. I am told by Bethany on email that if it was within the year’s warranty, they would have replaced the device. This is simply not a true statement in this case, where there is and has been clearly a problem with the battery since an early stage, since Shannon had already said that the warranty on the battery was only 60 days, and if it was a battery problem they wouldn’t have fixed it after 60 days. This was not clear to me at purchase, and I find it incredible that a battery problem that is present just 61 days after purchase means that I am not entitled to any help, compensation or redress. £130 for 60 days use is just appalling, and so is the customer service (the numerous responses by Bethany were rude and gratuitous)! Avoid this company and go with a more reputable one!!

Order a phone on 04/04/2022 still don’t have a clue where it is! Spoken to complete idiots who don’t know what they are doing. When I asked for a mangers contact number I was told “they don’t have one” WHAT!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE IDOITS!!

It didn't work antenna was broken. Got told I'd get a replacement as usually if fixed it goes again. They didn't they claimed to have fixed it and it was still broken. I have a disability which results restricted mobility in my legs and rarely leave the house. I have fallen out of my car going to post and I've cracked the back screen slightly no affect to the workings of the phone as I've come home checked and rang the company. I've now been told nothing they can do. I could understand if I'd of completely broken the phone but its a small crack with no affect to the phone. I got insulted by saying if I bought a new car and crashed it then it wouldn't be replaced. I wouldn't buy a car that wouldn't drive away. The phone only works of WiFi will not accept a sim card due to the fault which is unrepairable. I will be contacting the 4 managing directors as I've been told there isn't anyone above the supervisor. I bought a phone that didn't work it shouldn't of even been sold to me.
