Shocking customer service!
I ordered a phone last week. I received an email telling me it would be 3-5 working days and I should have an email giving me tracking details etc from Royal Mail. No such email has ever arrived and it is almost a week to the day I ordered the phone.
I emailed customer services on Friday and had no reply, I’ve emailed again tonight. I’ve asked for a refund, the least they could do is email customers back.
