Placed an order, no email receipt no way to track order no way to log into website. Emailed and phoned them still the only record I have of sale is the screen grabs I took when purchasing and my credit card bill. Person on phone pretty much laughed at me when I voiced my concerns. Very unprofessional and unhelpful.

I bought an iphone 11 pro a month ago with 1 year of warranty. I damaged it and the warranty should cover, just after the damage they told me they are not able to fix it because it's my fault, so what's the sense of the warranty??? So just after sending a complaint they sent me a document about this fake warranty that doesn't cover anything, but on the website when you buy it says ' Yes! Your warranty period starts from the date of purchase and will be in place for 12 months. During this period we will repair your item, if a repair is not possible we will replace the product for you.' and plus after the order they don't sand you any confirmation of warranty or documentation. They lie on the website and after the purchase, after my complain, they told me that warranty don't cover any personal damage. This is a big lie on your website and you don't even explain after purchase about your fake warranty.

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid! Where do I start with this?! So, I bought a GPS/Cellular watch for my wife just over a year ago. Guess I should have seen the warning signs when having bought it, I was then told a few days later (and now too late to sort anything else out) that it wasn’t actually available! After some more time, I was told that they did in fact have one left which was a relief. Anyway, the non-apple charger that came with it broke quickly. No big deal, they are not too expensive, so bought her another. Fast forward a few months and the watch isn’t charging properly. I put it down to the charger again, and bought another, and it works again…intermittently. Still under a year now, more problems occur, so I buy her another charger, which works initially. So, now literally just over a year since purchase, and she gets the dreaded red lightning bolt, and it won’t charge at all. I telephone and am told by Shannon that I am beyond the years warranty. I explain that the problems actually happened within a year, and it is clearly a battery problem and I would have reported earlier but thought it was a charger problem. No help offered. Very angry now, I write to them asking them to take a look at it, but they refuse. I am told by Bethany on email that if it was within the year’s warranty, they would have replaced the device. This is simply not a true statement in this case, where there is and has been clearly a problem with the battery since an early stage, since Shannon had already said that the warranty on the battery was only 60 days, and if it was a battery problem they wouldn’t have fixed it after 60 days. This was not clear to me at purchase, and I find it incredible that a battery problem that is present just 61 days after purchase means that I am not entitled to any help, compensation or redress. £130 for 60 days use is just appalling, and so is the customer service (the numerous responses by Bethany were rude and gratuitous)! Avoid this company and go with a more reputable one!!

Order a phone on 04/04/2022 still don’t have a clue where it is! Spoken to complete idiots who don’t know what they are doing. When I asked for a mangers contact number I was told “they don’t have one” WHAT!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE IDOITS!!

It didn't work antenna was broken. Got told I'd get a replacement as usually if fixed it goes again. They didn't they claimed to have fixed it and it was still broken. I have a disability which results restricted mobility in my legs and rarely leave the house. I have fallen out of my car going to post and I've cracked the back screen slightly no affect to the workings of the phone as I've come home checked and rang the company. I've now been told nothing they can do. I could understand if I'd of completely broken the phone but its a small crack with no affect to the phone. I got insulted by saying if I bought a new car and crashed it then it wouldn't be replaced. I wouldn't buy a car that wouldn't drive away. The phone only works of WiFi will not accept a sim card due to the fault which is unrepairable. I will be contacting the 4 managing directors as I've been told there isn't anyone above the supervisor. I bought a phone that didn't work it shouldn't of even been sold to me.

Absolutely disgraceful company, ordered a phone didn’t arrive in 3-5 working days, they admitted they did not have it in stock after this time frame and could not tell me when it would be dispatched, after reading other reviews of people waiting weeks for a phone to arrive - I cancelled it, only for them to then try and give me a different colour phone that I refused and was delivered a week later (which I refused delivery) I have sent numerous emails only for them to lie to you until you provide evidence(I.e. tracking number, past emails etc) apparently it takes 7 working days to “process” a phone that was unopened and never in my possession and then a further 5 working days for a refund, I am still waiting. They keep hold of your money for as long as possible, this is for an order I cancelled and never took delivery of. I’m not sure how companies can get away with what they do in this day and age. AVOID

Charlatans - never refund as promised but my case is being handled by TS who are back in the office tommrow cannot wait to ge this ball rolling and to get my money plus more back through a court of law - I have transcripts and emails with promises never came of anything - there is a lot of us wanting justice we will get it !

Avoid this company. Failed to deliver the Apple Watch I ordered in time for Christmas. When it did arrive they sent the wrong item. I have had several calls with customer service and lots of false promises. Save yourself trouble, and order elsewhere.

After first denying me the right to return a faulty iPad, they relented and I sent it back using their packaging. Royal Mail managed to damage it in the post, so they denied me a replacement or refund. I then bought a second one (how stupid was I?) and when it arrived it would not work with the apps I needed. Again I sent it back. Now they’re saying they have no record of its return. I’m £300 out of pocket to these tricksters. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Never delivered in time for Xmas , no intention of delivering for a disabled child . This company is a rag they will lie to your face , I’m also pregnant I will hold the whole company responsible if anything happens to me over the stress and upset this has caused I am devastated my daughter HAS NOTHING TO OPEN on Xmas day - be ready for a fight in 2022 as I’m going to take this to every single possible way to get my money back and compensation to my daughter who will have an already difficult Xmas after I lost my job in the pandemic - there’s a special place in hell for scam artists like this company - it’s coming !

I honestly don’t know where to start. We purchased a refurbished IPhone 6 from this company, after reading such amazing reviews and refund guarantee. The phone arrived broken, it didn’t turn on or doing anything at all. We posted it back for a return, to then be told we sent back A DIFFERENT PHONE!!! I am absolutely disgusted with the customer service, they are rude and very unhelpful. I cannot believe an elderly lady is being taken advantage of here! Do not buy from this company, they will literally scam you, keep the phone after return and then keep your money. Absolutely disgusting

DO not use this company ! Bought an iwatch and then cancelled my order in the same day Spoke to a member of their team who said that was ok and they would refund my car Week later no refund . Called them to be told my product iwatch had been posted and delivered. So I have no watch and am out of pocket by £130 ! Reported to trading standards do not use this company !!!!

i wish I had read these reviews before I ordered an ipad from them. It was advertised as in excellent condition and arrived chipped,dead and with no charger cable. It was returned to them the same day and although they keep saying the refund is being processed I am still waiting over a week later to see any evidence of it. Shoddy goods and shoddier service

Paid £99.99 for iPhone, it arrived minus sim card holder, phone not very clean, returned item and was offered a FULL REFUND, still waiting. Email stated money back in 7 working days, obviously not earth days, Martian maybe. No bargain here just hassle and lies.

Avoid this company like the plague! Paid via Wowcher for an iPad. Paid Ultimo Electronics directly for 48 hours delivery. Days go by and no iPad (which was brought for my little girls birthday). I contact Ultimo and speak to a manager called Rowan, who says it’s not even been shipped! He tells me he will cancel my order and start a refund process. He calls me back a few hours later and states he has done this. I then email and WhatsApp to check this, as reading previous reviews on the company, other customers state that Ultimo like to tell them lots of different things. Well, Rowan tells me I will get my refund in 3-5 days. I also asked their representative via WhatsApp. They confirm my refund will be in my bank by Friday 1st October 2021. It’s not there! I ring Rowan who tells me that it will be in my bank account by close of play today at 6:30pm. I ask him to ring me at 6-6:15pm to confirm refund has been put in my account. He agrees. Around an hour later, he emails me to say it’s been shipped, despite telling me days before it hadn’t been shipped and the earlier telephone call that it hadn’t been shipped. I was then left to ring Rowan again, who backtracked on what he said. Whilst on the phone, we went through the email with proof the company’s WhatsApp representative have stated which is I would receive my refund today. Rowan then makes 110 excuses and backtracks again! On Monday I stated in a phonecall to Rowan that the customer complaints online about the company had me worried, to which Rowan stated that it was companies with the same name in different countries! When I brought it up again today and stated lots of customers have had the same issue as I have had, he refused to discuss it. Currently waiting on Rowan manager “Robert Carter” to contact me but I won’t hold my breath. Will add that Rowan told me originally on Monday in a phone call the company has NO CEO! Yet when stated today in a phone call that Companies House state different, he then tells me the CEO’s name is “Josh Hanning”, when in fact it is Joshua Hannan. The other CEO’s and company directors are Connor Flint,Nicola Daniel’s and Lawrence Caley. Mr Hannan and Mr Flint can be contacted at Unit B, Vulcan Road North, Norwich, Norfolk? NR6 6AQ. Ms Daniels can be contacted at 32 Grassmere away, Waterlooville, PO7 8RT. Mr Caley can be contacted at 12 Tubgate Cresent, Norwich, NR4 6UZ. All this information including addresses can be found on the Companies House website.

Worst company I have ever come across, sent me the wrong item and when promised a refund on return have repeatedly lied about when my refund is coming… it’s still not here! Absolute disgrace of a company please please please everyone do not use this company!
