After first denying me the right to return a faulty iPad, they relented and I sent it back using their packaging. Royal Mail managed to damage it in the post, so they denied me a replacement or refund. I then bought a second one (how stupid was I?) and when it arrived it would not work with the apps I needed. Again I sent it back. Now they’re saying they have no record of its return. I’m £300 out of pocket to these tricksters. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!
