Service is generally good, but that depends on the writer, which can be hit or miss. I’ve used Ultius off and on for years. However, their customer service/support has wained in recent years. Considering the prices per page, Ultius should consider offering more frequent discounts for loyal customers and reusable discount code for its military customers. Any discount is better than nothing.
