I have placed 15 orders with Ultius and I have be fully satisfied with the final product I was provided each time. I have had a few orders that needed revision, but they were completed in a timely manner. The two times that I had serious issues with two orders, customer service stepped in to assist. They were extremely helpful and courteous. Although it took a bit longer to receive my final product, both orders were completed to my satisfaction. I was also given partial refunds and credits for the inconvenience. I highly recommend them as the quality of the work I was provided was great, the rates were reasonable (they also email discount codes regularly), and the customer service was outstanding. I will continue to do business with them.
