For the most part, I have had a good experience with this company. I've had a couple of bumps with them, but they have always been resolved. I usually allow them more time to complete the papers, but this last paper I needed I paid for 6 hours and my paper was late. I had to keep sending them messages to remind them of my urgency. As I stated before, this is not always the case, but I was very disappointed in my last transaction. Quality paper, but not prompt as needed.
