On this day of June, 27th 2019 I called in to Ultius and spoke with a staff member by the name of Lizzy in regards to an order that needed to be canceled. Lizzy was very respectful, kind, helpful and most of all very professional. She assisted me in a timely manner making sure that I was satisfied and needed no further assistance.
