As a loyal client, this was by far the worst essay to date. Although kind and prompt reply from writer, the short essay had no thesis or conclusion. In turn, I spent several hours trying to make sense of the paper. Although I typically use the papers as merely a draft and complete the paper on my own, I was so disappointed. I will request higher level of writer and block this writer for future projects. With your review prior to finalized essay, I am concerned that your team did not notice the style and conclusion was so poor. Thank you.
