My first draft had a few errors so I contacted Ultius customer service. Within an hr Delia reach out to me. She was able to assist me by directing my concerns to The Quality Assurance Lead so that my draft can be revise. The QA Lead was able to take a look at my draft and made a few adjustments. I was very pleased with the final draft. Thank you so much Ultius, You guys are amazing at resolving the issue in a timely manner.
