The mattress looked excellent quality and appeared very well made. The Una team (esp. Naomi) were extremely helpful with my purchase, checking their warehouse for the particular size we needed, and making sure the delivery could be made by a particular date. I was buying it for my elderly parents who needed a new mattress for their bed when moving into in a care home, and timing was therefore very important. However, as they have Alzheimers, I can't make a judgement on how comfortable they have found it, though there have been no complaints!
