Much nicer than a memory foam mattress, but still a little firmer than my preference, even at the softest configuration. Strangely, the layered pads varied in length by up 20 cm. I decided to return the mattress and that's the part I was least happy with. The pads arrive vacuum-packed and machine-rolled with hardly any space to spare, but you're required to repack them into the same boxes, which was near impossible.
