We ordered a pillow as I have long had problems with my neck and I read that your pillows are latex rather than feathers. Using the old fairy tale, Goldilocks, as a reference, many pillows were either too hard or too soft, and some, such as memory foam, were too hot! The Una pillow, once you have got used to it, is just right.
