I ordered a king size deluxe mattress on 13th Feb and it arrived 25th March, so a bit longer than the advertised 20 working days but not horrendously longer. I feel like Una Mattress could probably keep people updated with the status of their order a bit better, but I contacted Lucy via the web chat several times for updates and questions and have to say she was fantastic - very helpful and very responsive, every time! So excellent customer service.
The mattress:
I've had 3 nights on the mattress now and it is superb quality. Night one we went with the 'Firm, Soft, Medium' configuration and while comfortable, decided to switch it to 'Firm, Medium, Soft' for the next night and found that to be the sweet spot for us - we've both slept so well the last couple of nights!
When putting the mattress together you can feel the quality manufacturing and materials and it really feels like a premium product. I'm conscious it's only been 3 nights, but I'm planning on fully testing every part of it over the next 97 nights to ensure it still lives up to my initial reaction!
Since you can configure both sides of this king size mattress differently, I was concerned that we would be able to feel a 'join' in the middle of the mattress, but 3 nights in I can honestly say you can lie in the middle of it (right on top of the join) and you'd have no idea. So concerns totally allayed on that front.
The mattress is springy, as you'd expect from latex but also soft and supportive at the same time, moulding around your shoulders and hips when side sleeping and supporting your lower back when sleeping on your back. The 'zones' really come into play here and do their job.
All in all, very happy and a superb quality and super comfortable mattress that feels as though it will last a very long time. I won't be buying a sprung or memory foam mattress ever again if this thing is still as comfy in a few months' time, as it is now. As I mentioned, company communication/delivery updates etc. could improve somewhat but I didn't mind waiting an extra week or so for a quality product - especially given that things like customs clearances etc. are not in Una Mattress's control. I cannot fault Lucy and the customer service I've received at all - excellent all round!
