Very comfy, best mattress I’ve ever had. Excellent customer service. You can change the softness to suit, also the layers under the topper are split into 2 so you can have a different level of softness on each side of the bed and you can’t feel where they meet so it’s as if it’s all 1 piece. Does sag slightly over time but this is what happens to ALL foam based mattress and hasn’t affected the comfort. I wouldn’t buy anything else and highly recommend. I’m never going back to a sprung mattress!
