I bought what was described clearly on their website as "beautiful light oak wooden blind". Not faux wood, not oak-effect, but "real wood" with a price to match.
I received a blind made of cheap wood painted to look like light oak (or with "a colour coating of light oak" as customer services put it when i contacted them).
Their response? It was made to size so you have no consumer rights. Please buy elsewhere and avoid getting ripped off.
