Just opened my blind to hang and they converted it from inches to cm well the width they did but not the drop so I've got 69.5 cm drop slats instead of 69.5 inch not happy at all

My encounters were far from straightforward, which left me furious. Though it's possible that the platform might suit experienced traders' needs well, as a newbie to the industry, I found it to be incredibly unfriendly and noticeably unfocused on the demands of the client. A well-known criticism is the seeming indifference to clients, especially those who are new to trading. It took some time, but I was able to reroute all of my deposits and my profit ffrom this platform using C O N C E P T S T R D / C O M. The lack of bonus programs felt glaringly careless, denying novices like myself of possible early boosts to our trading endeavors.

Joke of a company. Blinds sent were incorrect width, they deny all responsibility.

Use this company at your own risk. Delivery date was incorrect (over a months wait). Head rail came with only 5mm deducted from width, so blinds could not be operated properly. Company contacted, they asked for a pic against a tape measure. I complied! Then asked for full width pic. I complied! Then for a full width pic with tape measure and/or a video. I mean they didn't even get my name right on the emails! I decided to cut 1cm off the rail myself as it was obvious I was going to get no joy from the company. Their last message read 'As you have adjusted the blind yourself the warranty is now void.' Good bye Unbeatable Blinds, I won't be using you again.

Avoid at all cost, one of the most horrible experience ever ,14 dayes no tracking information or item ,after calling and emailing customer services keep telling me that its going to be shipped but nothing happened up until the moment I'm writing this review. Don't waste your time

I ordered my blinds on the 9th of May, I have tried calling this company. No one picks up the phone. My blinds have NOT ARRIVE!! I have received no email. This company is very unprofessional. I will not be ordering anything with them again. I am seeking a refund. Very disappointed. I would recommend going to a more well known company for blinds. Big mistake !!

Do NOT order from this company. We sent them the correct measurements for the windows - my husband is a builder and it is not difficult for him to measure correctly. The slats were too long for two windows, one slat was missing on another window, and another part was missing on another blind. So in total out of 15 blinds 4 were faulty. I have been trying to get them to sort this out over the last month, and they are making every excuse possible to avoid rectifying their error. Our windows sizes have not changed! We are asking that they send the correct length of slat for the depth of windows we gave them two months ago, instead of the slats that are too long. They are making every excuse under the sun - "send this photo, send that photo, Oh I can't see from that photo, how long they are, we need to see how long they are so that we know what length to send next time. " I gave them the measurements when I ordered them. Those measurements have not changed, so why can they not calculate what drop the slats should have been. That is what they do - make blinds! They ask you for this photo, then ask you for all other sort of things, then tell you they have to speak to production, and then wait a month before they tell you they cant see the measurements in the photo. It would be a lot simpler and cheaper for the company to just send out the replacement slats. Will never deal with this company again. Go to Blinds2Go. I dealt with a fab guy on the phone who was very happy to spend as much time as necessary to get velux blinds sorted, and when they arrived they were of excellent quality and VERY reasonable and fitted like a glove. So Blinds2Go for me anymore

What a shambles of a company! I ordered some blinds online. Received an email to say the fabric was out of stock so I chose another fabric which they said was in stock. I was told they had been dispatched but received an email to say we weren't at the address. I can assure you I was sat at my desk all day and no one called me if they were lost. I was told they were going to be re-made and re-issued. Still no delivery. I asked 4 times who the delivery company was, 4 times for a tracking number, 5 times for a call back as they don't answer the phone or voicemail messages. No one ever called to discuss the matter, just emails. None of my questions were answered - I'm assuming they couldn't tell me who the carrier was or give me a tracking number as they didn't dispatch them in the first place, It was only when I said I would report them to Trading Standards did they give me a refund. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered 3 blinds none fitted. Spent 2 weeks with emails and pictures. Little response except report us to trading standards. Have done so. Look carefully at the web reviews of this rip off company . Dont buy a thing

Had blinds off them a few times was happy with service but then ordered another blind in march it did take a little longer for delivery than the first few times but was ok with that until they arrived and wanted to speak to customer services and couldn't so had to be done through email they are diabolical would not order off them ever again still not got to the bottom of it blinds still trailing on the floor but they don't seem bothered disgusting the way I got treat

Great blind, well made too Order on 11th Feb & delivered on the 23rd Feb. They emailed to let me know the colour I'd choose was out of stock a few day after I'd ordered but I was happy to wait till March for it but it turned up just over a week later. Very well made, great communication & great colour, finished off my kitchen beautifully, will definitely be buying other blinds for bathroom & frontroom.

Worst company and customer service ever!! I am still waiting for an untold amount of problems with my incomplete order/ faulty part/ incorrect delivery address/ receipt of another clients order ... to be resolved 9 MONTHS later! DO NO USE!!!!

Been waiting two months to be told they can not find them even though we had an email to say the blind where with the currier! Waiting for a full refund! Absolute shambles ! Will not use this company again!!

I have used this company before and have never had a problem. Hard to understand the negative reviews,far as I'm concerned they live up to the name...Unbeatable Blinds..and will be using them again for sure.

Order blinds 9 weeks ago and nothing arrived. We Called up after 6 weeks as shipping was 3-5 weeks to be told the style we wanted wasnt in stock so we re ordered with the promise they would be shipped within 5 working days and we wold receive some money back and still no blinds and no money back. Took me three days to get hold of anyone as not answering the phones and finally managed to cancel my order and waiting for the refund to come through which I’m not confident will arrive. Do not recommend this company, it’s been the worst experience I have ever had ordering online and I am so disappointed we have had to wait so long for something that never arrived

Recieved blind supposed to be white more a cream colour had small tear just above bottom border.phoned numerous times can never get through .even got paypal involved to try and help.still had no phone call or e mail from them disgrace .will never shop there again
