I have called at least 6 times over the past week or so regarding a faulty blind and despite passing on my contact details and being promised a call back within 15 mins - NOTHING!! - ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER!! I have also e-mailed several times with the same result. How does a company that behaves in this way survive? - by providing zilch customer service and ignoring their customers!! Be warned Mr and Mrs Public - they are ripping their customers off!! Don't believe their reviews guys!! They have the audacity to give a three year warranty but I'll be that they never deliver this!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
