Appalling service! Placed an order online 12 days ago. They promptly took the money immediately and sent an order confirmation via email. I then heard nothing further so sent them an email to check when the order would be sent, only to get an automated email to say the order was not processed and I was to be refunded in 5 working days. Since then - no goods, no correspondence and no refund! Needless to say I will not be ordering from them again and am raising a dispute with my credit card company.
