Although i love all the UA products i have purchased and had planned to never buy any other brand ever until i had issues with their website and customer service. When i picked a pair of shoes i was familiar with i only had one view of the shoe(site issue?)... when the shoe arrived there was a collegiate logo on the shoe that i could not see from the site. All customer service could do was offer a return label, have me wait for a refund, then order another pair of shoes.i should mention i waited almost 2 weeks to recieve the shoes. Now i will have to wait for a refund to reorder(3 days at best?) then wait another 2 weeks for another shoe. I WILL JUST KEEP MY MONEY! Unfortunately I will go buy a pair of Adidas because after this experience i will never purchase UA products again!
On a side note between my g/f and i we have 8 pairs of UA shoes and nothing but UA fitness clothing for the gym. Sad to have to change brands because of poor customer service!
