Ordered 16th December still haven't received my parcel, phone lines do not answer, i have emailed the customer services several times with no response and the live chats are unhelpful and rude. I am really p***** off that they have taken £120 and i still have no trainers and can not see how I am going to get them, the courier is just as bad and refer me back to UA - DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM !!
