Extremely bad experience with their customer support. I was charged for the item, which I never received. After contacting support multiple times I learn that the parcel was originally lost by the shipping company and it has been sent back to Under Armour.
When asked if I could get a refund, they mention that they need to receive the parcel back before processing the refund - which I still have not received.
Just ridiculous service, STAY AWAY and yes, but anywhere else.
