Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced in my life
They don’t know where my order has gone and they advise I have to wait 10 days before they will respond with a solution
I am the customer and there courier has lost the consignment but I have to wait
All they have to do is resend the order and then fight the courier for the lost parcel
They have my money and will not refund until 10days have elapsed
I won’t buy under armour products ever again
