Ordered a melon inflatable arrived and i pumped it up it had a puncture but i tried it 3 more times just to check and it still went down.
Emailed them they said to use the repair patch!!!!!
Why should i its faulty could understand if it wasnt my fault but brand new
They said they would refund me ( although happy with an exchange) but i would have to pay postal cost of over £8 and not getting refunded. Am just waiting now as i want a refund of postage not happy at all ! Will wait and sww what happens
