“Do not purchase from this company under any circumstances. I placed an order on 4th Dec. Payment was taken from my account. They cancelled the order as they were unable to deliver (not a problem) but despite the fact that I have emailed numerous times regarding the refund, I have not received it. Appalling. “I ordered a pair of Garden hears and FOUR (yes 4) Hi-Lo Hanging Basket Adjusters. They sent me ONE (yes 1) Hanging basket Adjuster only. I complained to them, sent them confirmation photos of what I had ordered, along with a photo of the Royal Mail bag which states it contains 1 x Garden Shears and 4 x Basket Adjusters, which is laughable, because the Posal Bag measures 6" x 8" ( god knows what size the Garden shears were then) & I still havent received the Shears nor the missing 3 Basket Adjusters. Moral of story: READ THER REVEWS BEFORE BUYING!”
“I purchased a bamboo counter edged cutting board which arrived very quickly and looked just the job.
However after one night on my kitchen surface it warped and started to fall apart.
The tiny nails and glue are not strong enough.
My mistake was not taking notice of other reviews saying that theirs had done the same thing.
With the cost of returning it plus there was no point in a replacement as it was very likely to do the same thing I repaired it myself with some hidden screws”

“Ordered a pair of tennis rackets from this company on Amazon, but only after I ordered I was provided with delivery information, that they would arrive in 2 weeks. This isn't an issue in itself, but I needed tennis rackets within one week. I contacted Unibos on the same day I ordered the item, stating I would like to cancel the order. I received this response the next day:
"Dear Customer,
Thank you for your email.
We have received your email one of our team member will reply you soon please wait for our response.

When a company uses poor grammar when speaking to their customers, you know they're unprofessional and to be wary of. I received no response and by this time the item was already dispatched. I could then only request to return the item.
I requested a return and received a reply the next day from a supposed 'Charlotte', who said because the order is confirmed, they're "unable to amend or cancel the order once it is confirmed". This isn't true as I have amended my order from different Amazon sellers many times in the past after it was confirmed. Not only that, but next to "Charlotte's" name at the end of the response was a little section: [e-mail address removed].
The company seems to be trying to avoid dealing with the problems they've created at all cost.
I have only bought one (and last) item from this seller on Amazon and I have experienced more issues than with my last 15 sellers combined.
AVOID this company at all costs.”

Ordered an item from Amazon.co.uk and after 13 days the item was still showing on the Hermes webpage as "we are waiting for your parcel" I've seen this behaviour before where the seller does set a specific date for the item to be collected so that they can then blame the courier for the delay. While I was waiting and getting suspicious I search this company reviews and came across these very bad reviews so I was starting to get a very good picture of what this company was like, so I ordered another item from another seller and I emailed Unibros through Amazon requesting to cancel the order as the 2nd estimated delivery date had passed and the tracking information shows that they hadn't sent the item, I told them I do not want the item and to cancel the order (this was in the morning) my parcel was collected by Hermes at 18:00 in the evening the same day, so they obviously got my email and ignored it and just sent the parcel out anyway.”

“Wish I had read these reviews before I placed my order with useless Unibos via Amazon. Ordered a green bike for my grandson and they sent PINK, you didn’t have to open the box as all photographs on outside were pink. What a dreadfull company, I have now been trying to get some sort of resolution but after 10days I have failed. What a disgusting company to try and do trade with. I am very disappointed with Amazon because they do not seem to want to help me with the problem. Why oh why do they have this company on their internet site. I am a Amazon prime member and that has not helped either. DO NOT ORDER from this company because if anything goes wrong they don’t want to know and neither do Amazon.”
“Terrible company, toilet seat ordered off of eBay broke after 3 weeks, initially offered to replace it, and send a returns label, then another offer to keep the broken seat and have a 25% refund, then asked to return with no return label, i am really running out of patients and if i get mucked around any more will go to PayPal and eBay. Really bad advert for internet shopping.”
