Terrible company, toilet seat ordered off of eBay broke after 3 weeks, initially offered to replace it, and send a returns label, then another offer to keep the broken seat and have a 25% refund, then asked to return with no return label, i am really running out of patients and if i get mucked around any more will go to PayPal and eBay. Really bad advert for internet shopping.
