“Ordered a melon inflatable arrived and i pumped it up it had a puncture but i tried it 3 more times just to check and it still went down.
Emailed them they said to use the repair patch!!!!!
Why should i its faulty could understand if it wasnt my fault but brand new
They said they would refund me ( although happy with an exchange) but i would have to pay postal cost of over £8 and not getting refunded. Am just waiting now as i want a refund of postage not happy at all ! Will wait and sww what happens”
“Terrible company, toilet seat ordered off of eBay broke after 3 weeks, initially offered to replace it, and send a returns label, then another offer to keep the broken seat and have a 25% refund, then asked to return with no return label, i am really running out of patients and if i get mucked around any more will go to PayPal and eBay. Ordered a green bike for my grandson and they sent PINK, you didn’t have to open the box as all photographs on outside were pink. What a dreadfull company, I have now been trying to get some sort of resolution but after 10days I have failed. What a disgusting company to try and do trade with. I am very disappointed with Amazon because they do not seem to want to help me with the problem. Why oh why do they have this company on their internet site. I am a Amazon prime member and that has not helped either. DO NOT ORDER from this company because if anything goes wrong they don’t want to know and neither do Amazon.”
“Unfortunately I am another victim of Unibos lack of refund - for goods incorrectly delivered. I suppose the good news is that I did receive a refund for one item but not the second, which I am still chasing. They also say on the Amazon website they will pay the Postage if their fault and haven't done so. I have had exactly the same experience as others here with lack of contact and phone not being answered. They also sent a Hermes return label knowingly out of date and reissued countless times which I believe is fraudalent. So I am going to Trading Standards now. I have treid many times to be polite and reasonable with Unibos but to no avail. Also Amazon refused to publish my review!!! Amazon did not help to try and resolve the issues when I contacted them either. I'm sure if I owed money it would be different!! Please avoid this sort of disappointment and go to a reputable seller.”

Looking a returns label was hard enough never mind getting a refund for the two items ( £ 24.95 each ).
Lost count of emails an telephone calls / messages as it goes straight to their answering machine everytime I tried.
Anyone looking a refund of this dire company ...good luck as you will probably be the first.
You only have to read the reviews about Uselessbos to see how rubbish an unreliable they are.

contacted seller - ignored for two weeks, then told I would get a refund - two weeks later still waiting.
I will never use Unibos again, they should be kicked off Amazon, they informed Amazon that they had issued me a refund - they lied.

“I placed an order for wire netting to help solve an emergency job. It was during lockdown and after placing the order it told me it would not come the next day but in a few days time. I tried to cancel it right away, I needed it urgently but it still arrived. Not their fault. I contacted the seller and they said they would take it back but at my own cost. Understandable. I paid nearly £10 to return it. They received it back in the original box, not even opened on 06/05/20. I have been chasing them for my refund ever since. I just keep receiving emails confirming my email has been received or from people stating they will look into it. I've been asked to send proof several times which I've sent but I am still waiting for my refund of nearly £70.00 and I have not been given a reason why three months later they cannot refund me my money. So I would say yes if you are sure you will not need to return your item they're good but if you find yourself in a position like I did then expect a real battle to try and get your money back. As I write this I am still waiting. I have tried calling them too but it just rings to voicemail. I don't know what else to do and can only hope this review gets their attention and they help me by resolving it.”

“I can only echo what other folk have said. What a joke of a company, product (via Amazon) broke after less than 3 months, Unibos stated it was out of warranty & refused to refund or replace. Took this up with Amazon who contacted Unibos, Unibos then said they would accept it back as long as I paid for the postage & it was in its original packaging. Dispute is ongoing!”
